How long is the home builder course?The home builder course is 90 calendar days.

How are the classes structured?There is a mixture of both in-person and virtual classes. Each in-person session will last approximately 4-5 hours in which all materials and sections for the week will be covered. Additional virtual sessions will be facilitated to reinforce and discuss homework or research assignments.

Are all the classes in the classroom setting?Some classes will be set up as onsite learning. TBC has several projects in progress at all times and it will be encouraged for all students to participate in the hands-on learning within the building sites at various times throughout the 90 days.

How do I sign up for the course?If you did not attend one of the seminars you will need to use the "Contact Us" page and submit a statement of interest. Someone on the TBC staff will reach out to you directly with more information.

Are there payment options available?Yes, there are some customized payment options available, however, all payments must be made in full before the start date of the scheduled class.

If my spouse and I want to sign up to take the class together, is the tuition discounted?Yes, there are some discounted options for the following groups. - Married Couple - Business Partners with a team of two or more -Corporation with team of 5 or more
